University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Embarks on a Visionary Journey with the EXPER Project

In an engaging and productive session, the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) took a significant step forward within the scope of the EXPER Project, a dynamic initiative aimed at enhancing the university’s strategic landscape.

The event commenced with an enlightening introduction to the EXPER Project by Sebastián López, setting the stage for a day filled with invaluable insights. Tanausú Dávila, Project Manager of the EXPER Project, then shared the remarkable results of the assessment and best practices from leading institutions in the project, specifically, the University of Calabria and the University of Rostock.

Michelle Perello, CEO at Consulta Europa, brought a global perspective to the table by presenting Best Practices from European Universities Alliances. These insights paved the way for the heart of the session – defining the objectives that will shape the Individual Strategy for the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

The session was marked by fruitful discussions and the gathering of crucial insights. As we look to the future, our next steps involve a follow-up workshop to delve into the results collected during this activity and establish the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will measure the attainment of our objectives.
